Marie-Christine Henry-Gaboriau is a recognized authority on all aspects of health law and especially on issues relating to medical imaging, administrative authorizations, disputes between physicians or involving health establishments, social security litigation and disciplinary matters.

She acts for numerous practitioners and public and private health establishments and advises them on the organization of their activities (structures, groupings, contracts, eHealth, health permits, relations with health authorities).

Marie-Christine Henry-Gaboriau is an Arbitrator at the Medical Practitioners’ National Arbitration Chamber (Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins) since 2007.

She is the author of numerous articles published in medical literature.
